1. Introduction & Acceptance

322bd ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of any product, service, or website provided by 322bd.

By creating an account on 322bd or using the platform, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 322bd.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 322bd. Please read each clause carefully before you start using the platform.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, form a complete agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and play on 322bd, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account.
  • You must use the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
  • 322bd may request valid identification documents to verify your identity when necessary.
  • You must bet in a sound mental state and using your own funds.
Warning: If a minor's account is identified, it will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be forfeited. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation.

322bd is committed to preventing gambling addiction. If a person is on a self-exclusion list or requests a break from gaming, their account will be suspended temporarily or permanently.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on 322bd, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. 322bd reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device / IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in all related accounts being closed and funds forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 322bd support team immediately. 322bd is not liable for losses caused by third-party access.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

322bd may request identity verification at any time to ensure security. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

322bd currently supports the following payment methods:

  • Nagad — mobile financial service authorised by the Postal Department
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Fraud & Anti-Money Laundering

322bd monitors suspicious financial transactions. If a transaction appears unusual, 322bd reserves the right to hold the withdrawal pending investigation. If fraud is proven, the account will be closed and funds forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

322bd offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance will be ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times (10x). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagering before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • 322bd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
  • A new bonus cannot be added until the current bonus has been fully completed.
  • Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts will result in account closure.
  • Each bonus has a specific validity period, which will be stated in the offer.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Right to Accept or Void Bets

322bd reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. If a technical error or incorrect odds are displayed, the affected bets may be voided and the original stake returned.

6.2 Result Settlement

All game results and sports betting settlements are based on data from the relevant official sources and game providers. In the event of any dispute over result settlement, the final decision of 322bd applies.

6.3 System Errors

Any erroneous game result caused by a software fault or network disruption will be voided. The stake for the affected bet will be restored in such cases.

6.4 VIP Program Terms

322bd's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — each with different weekly cashback benefits. The decision to change a VIP tier is at the sole discretion of 322bd.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 322bd:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
  • Betting using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
  • Attempting to hack or compromise the platform's systems.
  • Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
  • Creating an account with false or fraudulent information.
  • Abusive behaviour or harassment towards other players.
  • Exploiting platform errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 322bd

322bd may suspend or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour
  • Failure to complete identity verification or incomplete information
  • Being identified as a minor

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your own account, please contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9. Responsible Gaming

322bd places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems.

  • Users can set deposit limits on their own account.
